The Bauhaus-Universität Weimar is participating in this year’s Campus Exhibition at Ars Electronica 2025 in Linz with several contributions. In keeping with the festival motto »Panic«, students and faculty from the departments of Art and Design as well as Architecture and Urbanism are presenting artistic works that critically examine digital technologies, ecological contexts, and social issues.

Media Art Students from the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar to Participate Once Again in Ars Electronica 2024
Media Art and Design students from the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar will be presenting their work at this year’s »Ars Electronica 2024« in Linz from 4 to 8 September 2024. Under this year’s slogan, »sense & sense-abilities«, artists are inviting visitors to reflect on subjective sensory experiences and how they influence our behaviour through interactive installations and performances.

Students and Lecturers of Media Art at the Bauhaus-Universität Weimar to Exhibit at Ars Electronica 2023

At the renowned media art festival »Ars Electronica« in Linz, a total of 29 artists from the Faculty of Art and Design will be exhibiting their works in the »Campus« area from 6 to 10 September 2023. Under the title »Non-machines: Playground of Perspectives«, these artists will enrich the festival programme with contemporary debates and works from the »Media Art and Design« degree programme.
