Two international festivals – Lacking Sound Fest and Electropixel – developed a sound programme with a fine mix of sound artists and musicians from Taiwan, the UK, Greece and France. The sound program offers electronics, modular synthesizers, field recordings and other media. The Lacking Sound Fest (LSF) was established in 2007. It is a monthly event that features sound art performances and has become one of the most frequent and well-attended sound art events in Taiwan. Electropixel is a festival of emerging digital cultures and free electronic practices and part of an international network of electronic arts festivals.
