This panel explores active methods of engagement and collaboration with non-human actors and multiple levels of power dynamics to develop new strategies and experiences. With an emphasis on the body, the panel invites you to reflect on the possibilities of building new imaginaries of multi-species connections. The main questions raised in this panel are: In which ways is our image of the body shaped by dualistic concepts such as humans vs nature, and in which ways is the body interwoven with other species and entities? How can we use the body as a tool to enhance consciousness of multi-species connectivity? This panel proposes shifting one’s point of view as a dynamic process of reflection, understanding, and collaborative production.
